not certain that we need further details from you in order to identify and
locate the information.
 
Therefore I should be grateful if you would answer the questions below to
help the Parking Enforcement team clarify what information you require.

- what, specifically, do you mean by "to chase late payments for parking
debts"?

- what do you class as "late payments"?

- what do you class as a "debt"? (generally it would only be classed as a
debt when it is registered as such at the court).
 
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you.  Please let me know by 23/01/2018.
 
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it

I mean any costs incurred for any method or channel by which payment is being chased for a parking fine or debt which has not been paid on time. This could include letters, stationary etc...

- what do you class as "late payments"?

Any payments which were not made by the specified time frame. or deadline

- what do you class as a "debt"? (generally it would only be classed as a
debt when it is registered as such at the court).

Any money owed which has not been paid
