2. A breakdown of all costs associated with the removal of any branding from your buildings broken down by site including (but not limited to) sub-contractor costs, staff costs, contract costs, and costs of repairing or making good afterwards;

3. A descrition of any re-branding work that has been commissioned or undertaken since the General Election

4. A breakdown of the costs, by site, of that re-branding work.

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

A. Sanctuary Buildings - removal of:

- external DCSF sign (replaced by DfE sign)

- DCF signage in the entrance lobby lightboxes x2 (replaced by
DfE sign)

- DCSF sign behind the Reception desk x1 (replaced by DfE sign)

- large graphics on the seventh and eighth floors

- branded adhesive film from the Atrium windows on the second,
third and fourth floors

- branded adhesive film from Abbey/Westminster suite

- hanging graphics in atrium (cost of removal of hanging
graphics - -L-975)

- perspex signage to LG Floor and B1 lift lobbies

- perspex signage to alternate floors in main stairwell

- manifestations in the glass area of the "Sanctuary" dining and
meeting area on LG floor

- meeting room information (c. 70) and energy saving signs

- lift lobby numbering and plans

- stairwell plans (3 per floor) & signage to stairwell doors (3
per floor)

- notices in lift lobby display cases (4-5 notices per display
case)

- tea point notices (c. 3 notices for each of the c. 20 tea
points)

- recycling notices

- confidential waste bin signage

- floor sports locker labels
Other costs: Scaffolding to Atrium -L-8,028, specialist cleaning of marble
in atrium -L-720, protection and materials -L-1,650 (all works to remove
hanging graphics in atrium carried out by Collins scaffolding overnight on
Wednesday 12 May), contractors to remove internal signage -L-700.

B. Moorfoot Building (Sheffield) - removal of external
DCSF sign and replacement with DfE signage.

C. Castle View House Runcorn - removal of external DCSF
sign and replacement with DfE signage. 4 road sign changes at Runcorn
(cost -L-800 payable to Halton Borough Council).

D. Mowden Hall (Darlington) - removal of external DCSF sign
and replacement with DfE signage. Internal: posters, information sheets
and general signage. External: Departmental name boards X 6.

All other costs borne by contractors or Department staff during normal
hours.
