Please provide the surveyors reports that detail costs / work required by BCC to return the properties to tenant rental standard, if not available or in existence please describe and provide documentation of which officers took the decision to repair and sell and communications between officers, officers and suppliers relating to the sale.
Please provide a list of suppliers engaged in the repair work, estimates of repairs and final billed costs broken down to supplier level. Please provide any detail around BCC advertising and comissioning of the suppliers engaged and also unsuccessful in bidding process.
