Please disclose the relevant governing body minutes relating to the decisions leading up to and including the employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal claims against the School by the Mayor of Liverpool.

Please disclose the costs incurred by the School in contesting those claims and state the proportion, if any, of the costs which were paid by Sefton MBC.

The period of interest extends from 1 May 2010 to 14th April 2015.

I think pretty much everyone will think a school having to spend £30k on legal fees to stop paying Mayor Anderson £4,500 a year for doing nothing is very wrong.
