SEARCHES TO LOCATE INFORMATION

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted
within the MPS.  The searches failed to locate any information relevant to
your request, therefore, the information you have requested is not held by
the MPS.

Our Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officers do not possess
Sig-Sauer 516 assault rifles. They used these weapons over 12 months ago
but have moved on to a new weapons platform. It is therefore difficult to
obtain the costings including ancillaries and servicing for these weapons
which are not used.

Should you have any further enquiries concerning this matter, please
contact me on 020 7161 1566 or via email at [email address],
quoting the reference number above.
