Cost to schools of ICT services provided by the local authority

The request was successful.

Dear Solihull Borough Council,

Please can you provide a breakdown of how much each school is charged for the ICT services that are provided by the local authority, such as the schools' Internet connections, email and web filtering. Where possible, please can you breakdown these figures into charges for each individual service.

Can you also advise as to whether schools have the option to opt out of some or all of these services and keep the money that it would have cost for the local authority to provide them, in order to directly contract private companies to supply these services?

Thank you, I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

S Hill
