Unfortunately, it is not clear  what is meant by ''revenue account
costs''. Could you please clarify it?

Elmington regeneration programme across the years up to 31/03/2016 amounts
to £6,510,807.

Please also note that as some of the expenditure predates 2010, the
analysis does not provide any further breakdown of the costs between the
different project categories as detailed in your request.
