Cost Regarding Bus Lane PCN

The request was successful.

Dear Norwich City Council,

Please provide me with a total breakdown of costs incurred with the issuing, processing and charging of this PCN: JX00494985.

This should include any fees incurred including but not limited to:
Payment processing fees
Postage fees
Administration fees (which could include fees from third parties such as IMPERIAL, 3sixty or others)
Staff time during the processing of the PCN
Any other relevant or one off costs in regards to this PCN

My reason for asking is to analyse the cost benefit of pursuing a PCN, this information would be very useful to analyse the performance and relevance of PCN's and assess the Councils stance on them and one of its revenue streams.

I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Williams
