Elysium, Thornford Park per week
In respect of the proposed closure of Suffolk Ward:
cost per week at The Priory Hemel Hempstead.
Please also provide figures in respect of the proposed closure of Suffolk Ward as a whole to include every patient affected being sent to the Priory Hemel Hempstead or similar per week
Please provide the cost of providing a mentor per week for someone who wishes to work with animals on a daily basis
Please provide the cost of An autism assessment; endocrinology assessment; mri scan assessment.
