My request concerns the report published here - http://www.justice.gov.uk/publications/p....

Can you please detail how much money and time has been spent on creating, researching, publishing, marketing and any other possible costs attached to the report.

Where the costs have been incurred with external providers, please list the companies in question.

For internal staff time, if this is not recorded and/or charged explicitly, please provide estimates based on salary/overheads and time of people involved.

I would also be grateful to receive full disclosure of the tendering process including proposals of all unsuccessful bidders.
