Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Cost of TV rights for FIFA Women's World Cup football'.

Based on the following material provided by the BBC, I contend that a breakdown of expenditure of the licence fee on is most clearly a matter of public interest. This would extend to the FIFA Women's World Cup football.
" The BBC, as a media organisation, is under a duty to impart information and ideas on
all matters of public interest and the importance of this function has been recognised by the
European Court of Human Rights. "

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

John Woodgate
