It is not clear, from your email, exactly what information you require. To help us to deal with your request properly, I would be grateful if you could clarify for 'botched' 'non-surgical' procedures as this description is far too vague. Please specify what has gone wrong, and also what the procedures are you are wanting information about.

Dear West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust,
I am seeking data on physical complications that have been treated at your hospitals following non-surgical cosmetic procedures, such as nodule formation, discolouration, migration and herpetic outbreaks.
I hope this provides some clarity.

Dear West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Cost of treating botched non-surgical procedures'.
There seems to be some confusion as I am not seeking data on the number of cosmetic procedures performed at your hospitals. Instead, I wish to know the number of patients who have been treated due to complications with cosmetic procedures, specifically dermal fillers and Botox injections.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
Thomas Rose
Good afternoon Thomas
Thank you for your request for an internal review. We can confirm we have looked at this again with the team who collects our data. I would like to clarify that WSFT does not record the reason why a procedure is carried out, we code specific procedures only. Therefore, if you can provide a list of procedures, we can advise how many operations were performed, but we are not able to give you the specific clinical reason as that varies from patient to patient; relies on a number of factors, including clinical judgment; and is not centrally recorded.
Many thanks
Jessica
