Cost of Tour de France

Cambridgeshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

I understand from Leeds City Council that you have contributed
either directly or indirectly to the costs of the Tour de France
taking place in Yorkshire.
Please would you provide the total costs which you incurred either
directly or indirectly to the staging of the event and a breakdown
of those costs.
If you do not yet know these costs, then please can you provide the
date by when you will know them.

The Council Claim:

We made no contribution to the W2Y bid costs for the three day visit to England by the Tour.
Hosting the start of the third stage of this year’s Tour de France did not incur any additional financial cost on Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) or the local council tax payer.
