Cost of the Water Fluoridation Programme for England 2014-2015

I append the breakdown of fluoridation costs for 2013-2014 which you sent in September 2014.
1. Would you please perform the same exercise and let me see the expenditure for financial year 2014-2015 employing the same format and using the same categories.

2. I would also appreciate sight of the breakdown of total fluoridation costs for each fluoridating local authority. I refer to the table which you sent in response to another FoI request the PHE reference to which is: 20/08/jb/241 Date 4th September 2014.
Hopefully, you will be able to include the total cost of the West Cumbria fluoridation programme for 2014-2015 but I would also be grateful if you could let me have the total for 2013-2014 as a separate figure even though it will not be for the full year.

Not many people realise that 99.7% of the money spent on fluoridation is totally wasted. That is, it goes down the drain. The reply by PHE will be sent to all the fluoridating Local Authorities to tell them that they are wasting public money.
