I refer to your e-mail below dated 26 September 2022, the contents of
which are noted.  The response on behalf of Clare College regarding your
request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2020 is
as follows:

2022/23: £160.46

2021/22: £151.23

2020/21: £144.46

2019/20: This information is not held.

2018/19: This information is not held.

For the sake of completeness, the figures provided are the median weekly
rent for all undergraduates.  The mean weekly rent is not held by the
College.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the request, please request
an internal review of the decision.  If, after following those procedures
you are still not satisfied with the way in which your request has been
dealt with you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision.  Generally, the Commissioner will not entertain your complaint
unless you have exhausted any relevant internal review procedures.

Thank you for your e-mails below dated 28 October 2022 and 13 January
2023, the contents of which are noted.  The further request for
information contained within your e-mail dated 28 October does not fall
within the definition of ‘information’ for the purposes of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  However, under section 16 of the Act it may assist
you to know that the College does not hold the information requested for
2018-19 and 2019-20 in accordance with its Records Retention Schedule.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the request, please request
