1. The number of occasions Nexus and/or Metro have requested and been granted ticket acceptance in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019 (to date)

2. The total cost to Nexus and Metro for bus operators to allow ticket acceptance, in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019 (to date)

3. The total cost of unplanned Metro replacement bus services, requested by Nexus and/or Metro, in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019 (to date)

4. The budget vs actual for what Nexus and/or Metro have spent on ticket acceptance, in each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019 (to date)

For questions 1 to 3 please see attached document which shows our response.

For question 4, this figure is difficult to produce as budgets change constantly and are reviewed on a monthly basis against actual spend. Budgets change during the year to take recognition if one area is over or under budget.
