• Total number of freedom of information requests received, and total number responded with the requested information.

20/21 –0.2 WTE Band 6 and 0.6 WTE Band 3
21/22 – 0.2 WTE Band 6 and 0.6 WTE Band 3
22/23 – 0.6 WTE Band 6 and 0.4 WTE Band 3.
• Total salary costs for staff with responsibility for freedom of
information requests.
20/21 –£23,715
21/22 – £24,456
22/23 – £40,588
• Total for all other costs associated with handling freedom of
information requests. We do not record the costs.
• Total number of freedom of information requests received, and
total number responded with the requested information.
We have pulled the data from those that had an exemption marked against
the request, however this doesn’t mean that some information wasn’t
provided in response.

*20/21 – during Covid 89 Freedom of Information requests were closed with
no further action due to clinical pressures.

The Trust provides information under the Freedom of Information Act in
line with the template [3]Open Government Licence for public sector
information. Should you wish to re-use any information in line with this
Licence then you are not required to take any further action.
If you require any clarifications on the response to your Freedom of
Information this must be actioned within 60 days of receipt of you
receiving your response from the Trust. If we receive this after 60 days,
this will be processed as a new Freedom of Information request.
The Open Government Licence allows you to re-use information freely and
flexibly, with only a few conditions. If you wish to re-use information
outside of the Licence terms then please inform the Trust as unauthorised
re-use may be in breach of copyright law.
