•              Total for all other costs associated with handling freedom
of information requests.  Not recorded information. Within each
directorate officers have responsibility for FOI enquiries in addition to
their primary role but time spent on FOI matters cannot be apportioned
from their overall FTE duties.

•              Total number of freedom of information requests received,
and total number responded with the requested information. – All requests
are responded to. Our data is recorded as ‘received in month/FY’ and
‘closed on time’ within the statutory timescales. See table below.
