Dear South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

I would like to know how much the catering costs per head for the meals provided on ward in the Ulster hospital.

My requests
Is there a one off cost per head per day for the meals provided in ward? If so how much?

Are the meals charged per meal time ie breakfast lunch dinner, if so how much individually?

And how much does the Ulster hospital subsidies the main restaurant used by the staff?
