Please provide me with the full costs already incurred and budgeted for by the County Council in preparing, delivering and processing the 2011 Libraries Consultation.

Please include in this information:

(1) the costs of market research carried out to elucidate library user profiles and user comments across all of the County's libraries;

(2) the costs of producing the 2009 report on library use carried out for the council by Cultural Intelligence Ltd.
