Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please provide me with the approximate cost of an average appeal against a DWP decission against PIP (when a claimant wishes to callenge an ATOS assesment for example) when held in your own court/tribunal premisis.

By appeal I mean where there are usually 3 panel members of the tribunal present as well as a clerk?

Also could I have the approximate cost of a domiciliary appeal being held by the FTT where 3 panel members and a clerk would attend the appellants home address?

If you are unable to provide me with these figures could I please have the salarys/ renumeration costs of the following yearly:

The Judge?

The Clerk?

The Disability representative?

The Doctor?

Finally to help me try to work out these figures if you are unable to answer the above, how many cases would be heard by the FTT panel per day? ie: one per morning and one per afternoon?

Yours faithfully,
