Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I have not received a response despite sending several reminders.

This is long overdue.

Dear Ms Levine,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act request reference IR26090.
Please accept my apology for the delay in responding to you.

You asked:

Please provide the following information :
1. The name of the supplier of your Education Management System

2. The annual support and maintenance cost for this system ie the sum paid
to the supplier annually

3. The name of the supplier(s) of your Children's and Adults Social Care
Case Management systems. If two suppliers, please name both

4. The annual support and maintenance cost for these systems ie the sum
paid to the supplier(s) annually. If two different suppliers, please list
separately for clarity. If the same supplier provides both systems
(Children's and Adults) then a single figure will suffice.

Please find our response detailed below.

Schools purchase information management systems to support day to day
administration and pupils monitoring needs. Schools make their own
decisions about the suppliers to choose. Lambeth does not purchase
education management systems.

Lambeth Council revised the process for logging and handling communication
and contact with the Council. In terms of Freedom of Information requests,
the changes made to the handling process included the implementation of a
contact centre to log requests received, the installation of a new
customer contact system to monitor requests for information and, the
transfer of responsibility for responding to FOI requests to a centralised
team. As a result of these changes, some of the FOI requests Lambeth
Council has received via whatdotheyknow.com have exceeded the response
deadline.
