Cost of Cheshire East Council Fountain Fields park upgrade in Middlewich carried out by Ansa Environmental Services

Dear Cheshire East Council,

Please can you provide the following information concerning the cost of Cheshire East Council Fountain Fields park upgrade in Middlewich which was carried out by Ansa Environmental Services (a company wholly owned by Cheshire East Council).
The specific information I want is:

a) A full breakdown of costs showing how the total amount spent on the upgrade of Fountain Fields park was spent and who received the money.

b) A full breakdown of where/whom all the funding for the upgrade of the park came from including the planning application reference number and the amount if any S106 money was used.

c) Who will maintain the park and if funding has been set aside for maintenance
1. How much money has been ring-fenced for this purpose
2. Where did this money come from including the planning application reference number and the amount if any S106 money was used.
3. How long a period has this ring-fenced maintenance money been assigned to cover.

d) If the costs involved in the design, materials, construction, and installation of the wooden structure known as the 'Windows of Middlewich' were separate to the funding used for the upgrade of the equipment then please include a full breakdown of from where the funding was obtained and how it was used.

e) If Wicksteed who manufactured the equipment that was installed in the upgraded park provided a quote to the council for the cost for them to install the equipment then please include these details.

of Environmental Information Regulations 2004. As when responding to an

you why we cannot supply it. However, under the EIR Act, the provision
exists to extend the response time to 40 working days, if the request is
felt to be particularly complex or voluminous. Should this be the case, we
will of course notify you in good time.
