Can you clarify the following highly publicised actions by Conservative Councillors elected to Northumberland County Council
Can you please confirm how many outstanding bullying cases by Conservative Councillors against Officers of the Council remain open?.
How much have the Council spent on the activities of pursuing, bullying and harassing the Chief Executive Officer of the Council?
Can the Council confirm if the Current External Auditor is investigating the activities of Conservative Councillors on the above matters?
Can the Council confirm that the current Leader of Council is a sitting or practicing magistrate despite all of the well publicised issues at the Council surrounding unlawful activities ?

It is not within the remit of the Council’s External Auditor to
investigate actual or alleged breaches of the Members Code of Conduct.

The current leader, Cllr Glen Sanderson, is a current sitting Justice of
the Peace (JP)
