Dear Department for Transport,

I made a request to you on 2 November about a request for extra funding for the Bexhill Hastings Link Road (ref E0012981). In your reply, you stated that no such formal request was made, but that

'The reference to the “additional £30m for the Bexhill-Hastings scheme” is a reference to the aggregated movement in cost of the scheme since its Programme Entry status was reconfirmed in March 2012. (More accurately,the total aggregated increase being referenced was £27.7m).The increase relates to a number of separate cost movements notified to the Department in December 2012 (in the application for Full Approval), June 2013, January 2015 and September 2015.'

I would like to make a further request, which is that I would like to see all information held by the DfT relating to these 'separate cost movements' of June 2013, Jan 2015 and Sept 2015, including any written or email correspondence on the matter from or to East Sussex County Council.
