Cost break down for Scheme Number 24.68.074

Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,I would like all costs to the Scheme Number 24.68.074. I would like a complete break down of costs.In other words the single cost of a certain part of equipment, the cost of the item and the cost relating to hours worked on that item .This would be for All dates regarding lift equipment replaced, and associated builders and decorating work done to all five High Rise blocks (Two blocks at the Moynes and Three blocks at the Dales)
Also the date or first year the scheme was introduced and then stopped ,and the actual starting date of the scheme,and the finishing date.
