http://www.richmondshiretoday.co.uk/brib...

Also could you tell me how many other councillors have "Christmas fund accounts"

Yours faithfully,

Clive Arnold

Dear Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority,

You have failed to answer my question in the required time limit. I am therefore seeking an internal review.

Yours faithfully,

Clive Arnold

Dear Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Corruption In The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority - Christmas Funds'.

I have asked for information regarding Mr Richard Graham's request for money for his 'Christmas Fund' and would have expected a national authority like yourselves to have answered well before now.

If you are unwilling to let me know the answer to my question I'd like to request a formal internal review (carried out by someone at the YDNPA who does not ask for bribes)

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Clive Arnold

This is not a valid request as no officers or members of the Yorkshire
Dales National Park Authority have or have ever had Christmas Funds.  The
requester is aware (was informed on 9.5.18) that we will not be responding
to this or any further FoI requests on this particular subject as the
nature and quantity of requests is deemed vexatious as per the ICO
guidance and classification.  We continue to note correspondence including
requests but at present will not respond to any that continue in this
manner.   The arrangement will be kept under review.

Dear Lesley Knevitt,

As someone that has actually PERSONALLY witnessed one of the Yorkshire Dales National Parks Authority officers accepting a bribe from a publican you either do not know or are complicit in covering up the fraudulent actions of your seniors.

As far as I am aware this http://www.richmondshiretoday.co.uk/brib... from Coverdale farmer Andrew Avison would be an accurate account.

With this in mind I will now request this matter is taken to the information officer. Perhaps we can uncover the fraud that seems to be endemic at the YDNPA that way?

Yours sincerely,

Clive Arnold
