Corrupt Court

The request was partially successful.

Jamie Bennett-Smith

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

1) How many complaints have been received for use of dead warrants with uncertified bailiffs who then assault in 2009 onwards.
2) What was the settlement/compensation for this.

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Bennett-Smith

Dear Morris-hajar, Yarvoh,

Clarification of dead warrant.
1) A warrant that is not live, and not enforceable.
no longer has any legal power of enforcement or by way of virtue.
2) A warrant for non payment of fines.
3) The settlement/compensation paid for this offence.

Yours sincerely,

Jamie Bennett-Smith

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service's handling of my FOI request 'Corrupt Court'.

1)It is quite obvious that a DEAD warrant is the opposite to a live warrant. So I have provided clarification.
2)Certified explains itself as does uncertified.
3)Certified bailiffs carry out duties other debt collectors can't.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Bennett-Smith
