I am writing further to my email dated 25 November 2020.  I am re-sending
this email to you, because my previous email incorporated an attachment
containing information that should not have been released.

Please see below my response and the attachments.

The information you have asked for is:-

 1. Provide consultation documents, consultation reports and outcomes of
consultation events with leaseholders and tenants on Noel Park Estate
regarding investment on Noel Park Estate, the funding for improvement
including new ‘pods’ and leaseholder contributions from May 2018.

My response is set out below and attached are copies of the consultation
document information requested.

Regarding funding for improvement and leaseholder contributions, please
see table below setting out forecast total budget* which is inclusive of
leaseholder contributions:
