Dear Glasgow City Council,

Please provide copies of all documents you hold concerning building and environmental safety in and around Ibrox Stadium within the last 3 years to the date of this request.

Please include in this all and any correspondence and related documentation between whomsoever in the Council with any other body either internal to the Council, or outwith the Council on the above matter.

in particular, I would like to see all relevant correspondence (internal and external) within and between (but not limited to) the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) including Building Control, Public Safety and Licensing sections and Scottish/Strathclyde Fire and Rescue; Scottish/Strathclyde Police; Scottish Ambulance Service concerning the state of the structure of Ibrox Stadium and all associated buildings, and the environment within 100 metres of the Stadium perimeter.

The meaning of 'documents' in this request includes all paper, electronic and other forms of documentation covered within the ambit of this request including (but not limited to) letters e-mails, handwritten notes, risk assessments etc and any document whatsoever written by whomsoever held by the Council on the subject of this request
