Correspondence with waste transport companies using M32

The request was successful.

Dear Highways Agency,

In his letter to Steve Webb MP of 7th July 2014 David Brewer of the Highways Agency wrote:

" We have recently identified that a larger number of bulk waste lorries are using the M32 and that in part the loss of material from them is exacerbating the problem of litter on and adjacent to the carriageway. We will be seeking to address this issue with the companies involved to try to prevent the litter from occurring in the first place"

Please provide me with copies of all subsequent correspondence including e-mails, with these companies on this issue including the replies from the companies.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Silverman

Dear Tope-Charlton, Daniel,

Thanks you for that prompt response to my request.

As I had asked for the replies to the correspondence I assume, unless you tell me otherwise that:

1. The letter from your contractor dated 6th Aug 2014 is the only relevant communication .
2. No reply was received
3. No follow up communications was made

Yours sincerely,

Peter Silverman
