You recently contacted us to request the following information:
· All emails and other types of correspondence that exist between
the Scottish Human Rights Commission and the following organisations since
21 January 2022: Equality Network/Scottish Trans Alliance, Engender,
Amnesty Scotland, Stonewall Scotland and LGBT Youth Scotland. All the
correspondence, including that which relates to reform of the Gender
Recognition Act 2004.
Our response
We have completed a search of the information we hold. Please see attached
15 items (12 items of correspondence and three attachments) containing
information we hold that falls within the scope of your request.
Personal information such as names, contact numbers and email addresses
have been redacted in keeping with section 38(1)(b) Personal Information,
of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Three items of correspondence relating to the recruitment of a staff
member, and which contain personal information, are also withheld under
section 38(1)(b).
Further information
If you are not satisfied with this response then under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 you have the right to ask for an internal
review of our response. Please contact us at
