Correspondence with the SDT in relation to its recent consultation
Dear Sirs
The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal ("the SDT") has recently conducted a consultation on the supply of documents from SDT records to a non-party ("the consultation"). The SRA responded to the consultation.
Please send me:
1. A copy of the SRA's response to the consultation.
2. A copy of all other correspondence which passed between the SRA and the SDT on the topic of the consultation.
3. Notes of any meetings or discussions which the SRA had with the SDT about the consultation.
Yours faithfully
Tim Bullimore

Dear Sirs
The SDT has belatedly disclosed the SRA's response to the consultation. Part 1 of my request can therefore be ignored.
Yours faithfully
