(ii) the Institute's letter was also copied to all Councillors
(iii) the letter is not confidential and was not marked confidential
(iv) the subject is not a personal matter but one of public interest and recently the subject of a Statutory Public Consultation

2. supply a copy of the letter
3. supply a copy of any reply from the council to the Institute
4. confirm that the existence of this letter was not mentioned in the recent Statutory Consultation
5. supply copies of any other letters on this subject from any members of the John La Rose family to the council, or to the leader of the council, that may have been relied upon for an indication of the family's views
