Correspondence with the Environment Agency regarding the operational permit for the proposed Keighley Incinerator

The request was successful.

Dear Bradford City Council,

Endless Energy have applied to the Environment Agency for a permit to operate the proposed Keighley Incinerator.

The documentation informing said application deviates significantly from what was approved in planning application 16/06857/FUL.

Correspondence between the planning case officer for said application, Carole Howarth, and the writer has indicated that the Council is aware of deviations between permit documentation and the planning permission and has corresponded with the Environment Agency regarding the issues.

Please provide copies of all correspondence/representations between the Council and the Environment Agency regarding said deviations.

Please also provide copies of the Council's representations to the Environment Agency regarding Endless Energy's permit application in full.

Yours faithfully,

David Wood
