Please find attached the correspondence, contract, and due diligence report regarding the Adani Group.
Some information has been withheld under s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (personal data), s.43(2) (information which would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of any party) and s.36(2)(c) (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs). In respect of s.43(2) and s.36(2)(c) we have considered the public interest test and, on this occasion, have concluded that the balance of public interest falls in favour of withholding the information.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to: [Science Museum Group request email]

Please find attached the initial due diligence report on the six trading companies that make up the Adani Group which was created in December 2020 in line with the Science Museum Group Ethics Policy.
