Dear S Martin

FOI request 114

You recently contacted us to request the following information:

Please provide notes and minutes of all meetings and copies of all
correspondence between the SHRC and Scottish Government regarding reform
of the Gender Recognition Act since 1 March 2020.

Please also provide details of the SHRC's involvement in the working group

Our response

Please find attached documents which fall within the scope of your
request. You will see that personal information such as names, contact
numbers and email addresses have been redacted in keeping with section
38(1)(b) Personal Information, of the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act 2002.

We have not located any further information regarding the working group on
trans inclusion and women’s rights. It appears that the Commission was not
involved in that group, however please note that some members of staff are
on long term absence and so we have been unable to confirm that with every
member of staff.
