Clarification

Dear Mr Kerr

Thank you for your request for information about Open Cast Hill Top, Clay
Cross, which we received on 09/10/12. We are dealing with your request
under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

You asked

 

Please provide copies of all electronic and written correspondence,
including notes of any meetings and a list of attendees, that have been
held with Provectus, or any person or company acting on their behalf, in

We want to be as open as possible in answering requests, and to help
people obtain the information they are looking for, therefore I must ask
if you could confirm that

1.     You are only seeking information held in relation to Provectus
seeking planning permission?

2.     Or do you also want information that may be held in relation to pre
application issues?  

Once I have received this clarification, I will action your request
accordingly.

As required by the legislation, we aim to answer your request within 20
working days from the date, that all the required information is
held concerning your request, this includes any clarification that as had
to be sought.

The information you have requested is attached, please note that because
of the volume of information concerned this response will have to be split
into 2 or 3 separate emails.

Some information within this data has been redacted under Regulation 12(3)
and Regulation 13 Personal data of persons other than the requester, this
is because this data relates to various individual who did not necessarily
to consent to their data being released to another third party at the time
it was given, and would have had the expectation that their data would be
held and dealt with in a confidential manner. We have considered the
interest of the general public regarding the release of this information
