I have now received the information from the Vale of Glamorgan Council's
Service Area holds under the terms of your request.

As some of the information received was written by Ofgem, I am obliged
under the Code of Practive on the discharge of public authorities'
functions under part 1 of the FOIA (2000) to consult with them for their
view with regards to disclosure.

I must therefore advise you that we require a further 20 days to deal with
your request.

The revised date that you will now be due a response is 16 December 2019,
though every efforrt will be made to respond sooner.
