Correspondence with East Devon District Council

The request was successful.

David Daniel Hon Sec OVA

Dear Environment Agency,

The Clinton Devon Estate made an application to East Devon District Council (EDDC) in 2012 under 12/2660/MFUL, to build more extensive cow sheds in Colaton Raleigh, close to the environmentally sensitive river Otter, in an area prone to flooding. This was subsequently revised in 2013. EDDC’s public access planning portal currently shows no comment from the Environment Agency. The Otter Valley Association wishes to be given a list of all correspondence between the Environment Agency and EDDC regarding this application.

Yours faithfully,

David Daniel Hon Sec Otter Valley Association
