The Council has removed/redacted personal information contained within the
email correspondence it has disclosed to you in accordance with Regulation
13 of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

 

Regulation 13 provides an exception for information that is the personal
data of an individual other than the requester and where the disclosure of
that personal data would be in breach of any of the data protection
principles.

 

Section 3(2) of the Data Protection Act 2018 defines personal data as:-

 

“any information relating to an identified or identifiable living
individual.” The two main elements of personal data are that “the
information must relate to a living person and that the person must be
identifiable”.

 

For this request, the withheld information comprises the names and contact
details of Commonplace employees as well as junior Council officers.

for an Internal Review.  Internal review requests must be submitted within
two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original
