Correspondence with CCG/PCT
Dear Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust,
Could you kindly provide the following information.
1. The date when the number of beds were reduced to 22 (exlcuding Intensive Care beds) on the acute psychiatric wards previously known as Friends ward and Adrian House.
2. The date when the number of beds were further reduced to 18 (excluding the intensive care beds)
3. The names of managers involved in the decision to reduce beds and the actual individual who executed the reduction
4. Correspondence with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG/PCT regarding the reduction in the number of beds including names of individuals from the PCT/CCG who were involved
5. Correspondence from Annette Newton, Keith Spencer, Stephen Legood, Amanda Coulier, Neil Winstone, Manaan Kar Ray, Tom Dening, Jenny Raine and FC Denman recorded in minutes, telephone call conversation documents, e-mails or in any other form from June 2011-June 2013 to John Ellis or any other representative from the PCT/CCG specifically related to discussions pertaining bed numbers on acute psychiatric wards on the Fulbourn site previously known as Adrian House and Friends as well as Acer Ward, Huntingdon.
6. Internal documents pertaining to the reduction in beds on Fulbourn site namely Adrian House and Friends, Acer Ward closure and including risk assessments of the impact of reduction.

Dear Amos Tricia,
Thanks for the update and your reasons for why the Trust has been unable to provide the requested information.
I hope that the trust is now in a position to provide the information requested. If however the trust is still not in a position to provide the information then could the information pertaining to the reduction of acute psychiatric beds in Cambridge be provided immediately as this would be information that would be readily available.
It would also be appreciated if you could provide an estimate as to when the trust would be in a position to provide the rest of the information.
