Dear Faye Biddles,

Thank you for sending the correspondence held.

Would you forward the documents that were attached to those emails which state that and also clarify if your response constitutes all the correspondence held as the wording in the email dated 7 Jan suggests there is more I.e. during and before the end of the consultation period.

Yours sincerely,

Lee Hardwick

Dear Faye Biddles,

I forgot to say, you have not addressed the element of my request seeking reports by the Council, please advise.

Yours sincerely,

Lee Hardwick

Faye Biddles, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council

Dear Lee,

I can confirm that the department holds information that you have asked
for. The information is exempt under section 21 of the FOI Act because it
is reasonably accessible to you, and I am pleased to inform you that you
can access all of the attachments requested and all council reports via
the following link:

[1]http://publicdocuments.hinckley-bosworth...

Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act exempts disclosure of
information that is reasonably accessible by other means, and the terms of
the exemption mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would
be in the public interest for you to have the information.

You can find more information about Section 21 by reading the full text of
the Act, available at
[2]http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000...  and further
guidance at the Information Commissioner's website:

to: Julie Kenny, Director of Corporate Services, Hinckley & Bosworth
Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10

your request be reviewed under the council’s internal appeals procedure.
