I would like to see correspondence between West Sussex County Council and Balfour Beatty about filling in potholes in Binsted Lane, Binsted, West Sussex. The work is due on 21 April 2021.
I would like to know if the potholes to be filled in are in Binsted Lane East, and whether this is related to the Arundel Bypass scheme.

Correspondence between West Sussex County Council and Balfour Beatty about
filling in potholes in Binsted Lane, Binsted, and whether this is for
Binsted Lane East. The work is due on 21 April 2021

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds data relevant to your request.

The Response to your request is as follows:

 

1. Please find attached Street History Report for Binsted Lane

2.Binsted Lane is recorded as Binsted Lane. and not Binsted Lane East.
These potholes do not relate to the Arundel Bypass Scheme. These were
raised as defects from an annual inspection which is done under our Safety
Plus Policy
