I refer to your recent request for information about all communications
relating to Planning Appeal No: APP/J1535/W/22/3294576. The information
you requested is as follows and was provided by the senior officer
concerned, the names and details of junior officers have been redacted as
per GDPR regulations:
The only correspondence I had on this case during the specified time
period is contained within the attached email trail. I did not have any
meetings or telephone calls on the subject.
I spoke to the junior officer, who represented the Council at appeal, but
he has no correspondence or notes from this time period.
All other information from this time should be visible on the Councils
website.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by copyright.
You are free to use it for your own purposes, including for private study
and non-commercial research, and for any other purpose authorised by an

Thank you for your response. According to the email from the senior business support officer, they intend to inform the inspector about councillor Jeffcoat speaking. Could you please provide me with a copies of any emails giving the inspector information about who is attending. I assume this communication was conducted via email, as you have told me there were no telephone calls or in-person meetings. The content of these email, as well as any messages sent to the appellant or their representatives regarding the speakers at this meeting, would be pertinent to my freedom of information request.
