I refer to your request for information in relation to email and postal
correspondence between Jane Moseley and Nigel Gould of Arup.  Your request
was received by me on 7 February 2014 and is being processed under the
Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004.

I am now in a position to respond to you and attach the relevant paperwork
for your perusal.  I have included emails between James Neave and Arup as
he managed Jane Moseley’s work in November when she was on leave.   Please

would breach the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
