Correspondence regarding Tribunal YouTube video removal

The request was successful.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).

My request is about the video "Making an appeal to the Social Security and Child Support tribunal" removed from YouTube on the 28th June, 2012.

In particular, I am requesting any recorded information pertaining to the decision to remove this video the second time, including minutes of any discussion about removing it and any correspondence from other Government departments.

In a reply to another individual (Ian Sterling, 31st May, 2012), you say that the video was originally taken down on to be updated. I am also requesting details of the difference between that original version and the version removed on the 28th June, 2012.

Yours faithfully,

Jonathan Hume
