The request was successful.

Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

I write to request electronic copies of the correspondence between Defra and Local Authorities in relation to poor recycling performance from 2017 to date. Specifically, I would appreciate an electronic copy of the letter(s) sent by Minister Thérèse Coffey to the 34 poorest-performing authorities last summer asking these Authorities to explain their low recycling rates, alongside electronic copies of the responses received from these Local Authorities.

Yours faithfully,

Shlomo Dowen
