FOI Advice,

Dear Ishrat Begum

Thank you for your email dated 23 November 2018.

I understand you are requesting an internal review into the handling of your Freedom of Information Request 'Correspondence recording Systems CCTV' reference: 766,714.

I note you made the initial request on 16 October 2018. You were asked to provide clarification of the request which you subsequently provided on 26 October 2018. The clock for responding to a freedom of information request stops when clarification is sought and begins again the working day after the clarification is received. Following receipt of the clarification the deadline for response is 23 November 2018. As such Highways England is currently still within the deadline for a response and as such an internal review of the handling of the request is not yet relevant or required.

Yours sincerely
