Dear Rachel Chambers,

My original request was asked on 15th November 2010, by law you had 20 days to respond. You said on 22nd November 2010 that you "will respond within the 20 day time-frame"

That 20 day time frame has now been well passed. It is now 14th January 2011 and I still await an answer to my original enquiry of 15th November 2010.

This request was:-

"Could you please furnish me with details of correspondence between Michael Matheson, MSP (Falkirk West Constituency) and SEStran regarding a possible new rail station at Bonnybridge, Falkirk District. Dates from 2008 through current."

I'm sure you'll agree two months is far too long to wait on my request.

Could you please furnish me with a response?

Yours faithfully,

Mark Shanks

Yours sincerely,

Mark

Dear South East of Scotland Transport Partnership,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of South East of Scotland Transport Partnership's handling of my FOI request 'Correspondence on possible Bonnybridge rail station'.

I have been waiting since 15th November 2010 for an answer to my simple FOI request. I have been in touch two or three times asking for any updates but have been completely ignored.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
